Lori Siegerman (Past Speaker)

Lori leads the global Employee Engagement team at Intuit and is responsible for helping employees live the Intuit culture and feel a sense of connection and belonging in the workplace.  She empowers employees to "bring their whole self to work" by creating an environment where diversity and inclusion are valued and respected. Working closely with Intuit’s Employee Resource Groups, and leading the organization’s We Care and Give Back efforts, she positively impacts the lives of employees, customers and the community every day. 

For the past seven years, Lori has been part of Intuit’s People and Places organization at Intuit.  Prior to leading engagement, she spent four years in Talent Development designing and delivering leadership development programs for high-potential employees.  She has been with Intuit for almost 20 years.  

Lori has a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University and is a native New Yorker who has lived in Tucson, Arizona for the past 20 years.  She is married with 2 teenage boys and enjoys traveling, cooking and is an avid cross-fitter.
