Pat Schneider (Past Speaker)

Pat is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at OppenheimerFunds located in Denver Colorado and headquartered in New York City. In this role, he is accountable to the Employee Experience & Strategy and is the Lead HR Business Partner for the Technology and Global Operations Organizations. Every day Pat partners with employees from all levels and locations in areas related to the employee experience, human capital, organization and individual performance, change, and strategy.

He earned BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Masters in Organizational Performance and Change from Colorado State University. During his time at Colorado State University, he was published in The Praeger Handbook of Human Resources Management v2.

During his tenure years in Human Resources, Pat has worked for industry leaders in hospitality, security, and financial services. As a result, he partnered with employees in New York, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Denver, Dallas, Colorado Springs, Seattle, and Los Angeles.

Pat resides in Colorado where he enjoys spending time with his family where they ski, bike, hike, swim, and enjoy the mountain fresh air.
